The Stoler Report-New York's Business Report is a weekly panel discussion featuring business and community leaders which airs 8 times a week in New York City on CUNY TV, owned and operated by the City University of New York. The show also airs on educational, university and community public access television stations in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut & Pennsylvania . Since the inception of the program in November 2001, more than 1,800 real estate. business and community leaders have participated on the lively panel discussion. The show has been a recipient of Telly Awards and profiled in the Art's section of the New York Times and other media.
The Stoler Report is hosted by Michael Stoler, the president of New York Real Estate TV, LLC a production and consulting firm.
New York Real Estate TV, LLC is the producer of The Stoler Report: New York's Business Report and two other "Building New York-New York Life Stories" which also airs on educational, university and community television stations in the tri-state region.

Our Story
It was November 2001 when Michael Stoler decided to produce a radio broadcast profiling the real estate and business trends in the Metropolitan area. The first show debuted on November 8th, at 11 PM, on WPAT 930 AM, airing every Wednesday, live from Shallots Restaurant. In September, 2002, the show returned for its second second airing on Wednesday evenings at 9 PM on WSNR, 610 AM, live from the corporate offices of First American Title Insurance Company of New York.
In September, 2003 the show debuted on cable television airing on the award winning CUNY TV, owned and operated by the City University of New York. The show currently airs 8 times a week in New York City on CUNY TV and also airs on a variety of educational. community, and public access television stations.
Michael Stoler
Michael Stoler is President of New York Real Estate TV, LLC a management consulting firm and television production firm.
Mr. Stoler is the host and executive producer of “The Stoler Report-New York’s Business Report”, now in its 18th season. He is also the host of “Building New York-New York Life Stories”, which is celebrated its 14th season. Both broadcasts are produced and distributed by CUNY TV, owned and operated by the City University of New York. These shows air on more than twenty four university, educational, community and public access television stations in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Stoler served as a Managing Director of Madison Realty Capital, a private equity from from January 2009 until May, 2018. He previous served as a senior principal at ApolloReal Estate Advisors (AREA Property Partners) as well as SVP with First American Title Insurance Company . For more than twenty five years he served as president and CEO of Princeton Commercial Corporation and New York Real Estate TV, LLC, a consulting and financing firms whose client have included financial institutions, public and private companies, commercial banks and finance companies, accounting and consulting firms, Taft Hartley Unions and Health Funds, health care organizations, health care and business professionals.
For the past ten years, Mr. Stoler serves as the real estate commentator at 1010 WINS, and hosts the Michael Stoler Real Estate Report airs on the weekends. Additionally, he is also the real estate commentator at WCBS NEWSRADIO 880, and host Stoler Real Estate Minute which also airs on the weekends. He serves as contributor to a number of real estate and business publications and served as the Contributing Editor and real estate columnist to “New York Sun”.
Mr. Stoler often serves as a speaker and moderator for real estate panels and symposiums including the TD Bank/1010 WINS New York Real Estate Summit and events for professional associations.
Michael also serves as a Divisional Director of Queens County Savings Bank a division of New York Community Bank. Mr. Stoler is currently on the Faculty of the Fordham Real Estate Institute and served as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the NYU Schack Real Estate Institute. During his career, Mr. Stoler served as a member of the faculty of Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Fairleigh Dickinson College of Dentistry, and New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where he developed curriculum and courses on business practices for healthcare professionals.
Mr. Stoler is the President of Foundation for Medical Evaluation & Early Detection, whose mission is to fund no cost health screening to the community, He serves as a member of the real estate committee for Yeshiva University and is the chairman of the real estate division of Greater New York State of Israel Bonds. He is also an Overseer at the NYU Langone Medical Center, previously serving on the board of the medical center and its affiliate the Hospital for Joint Disease. He has served on numerous charitable boards which include American ORT, World ORT, American Friends of the Hebrew University, New York College of Podiatric Medicine, Orthodox Union, Jewish Community Relations Council, Joint Passover Association and Helena Fuld College of Nursing.
